NDA Exam Preparation with DCG Defence Academy
The National Defence Academy is a joint defence services institute of the Indian Armed Forces that trains cadets from three services: the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force. UPSC organises the NDA exam to recruit candidates for the air force, Indian Army, and Indian Navy twice a year. The selection process for the NDA exam consists of a written exam and a personality-intelligence test called the SSB Interview.
The written test will
consist of two papers:
- Mathematics
(300 marks): In the written test, the maths
paper will have 120 questions. For every correct answer, 2.5 marks will be
awarded. There will be negative marking for each incorrect answer is ⅓ of
2.5 i.e. 0.83.
- General
Ability Test (600marks): The GAT paper will consist of
150 questions. Each of these questions carries 4 marks. The negative
marking for each incorrect answer is ⅓ of 4 i.e. 1.33.
The time duration
for each paper is 2 & a half hours. And before the preparation of the NDA
